Note Brain Health Registry will not distribute or share “electronically collected personal information” (as defined in subdivision (d) of California Government Code Section 11015.5) about users to any third party without the permission of the user, except in narrow circumstances as set forth in our Privacy Notice. Brain Health Registry will not sell any electronically collected personal information to any third party.

5. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT COOKIES
