Start now
Start from a computer
You can register on your phone, but you’ll need access to a computer to complete the survey. If you don’t have one at home, you can always use one from the public library closest to you. Tell us a little bit about your lifestyle, medical history, and health.
Dedicate 1 hour to questions
Take your time to complete all the exercises. These exercises test your memory strength at this moment. If you need any help, don’t hesitate to ask a friend or a family member.
Repeat after 6 months
Every time you repeat the exercises and go through brain challenges again, we get to keep track of your health. This helps us also notice different patterns and learn from them.
Are you worried about a loved one’s brain health?
If you have concerns about your loved one’s memory, encourage them to take part in this study and let them know you’ll be their Study Partner. A study partner is a person that knows you well and can answer questions about how well you function in your everyday life.
Study Partners must be 18+

“My godfather has Parkinson’s. He’s a priest, and the disease is taking away his ability to preach. I signed up with him in mind. If, in the long run, this can help save and empower voices like his, it will be a great thing. And I’d like to be a part of it.”
